What is Knowledge Management?

Knowledge Management(KM) is the process that creates or locates knowledges and manages the dissemination and use of knowledge within the organization. When knowledge is used, learning takes place, which, in turn, improves the stock of knowledge available to the society.

Most of things we've done or we've copied are from someone else. Human always seek the way to see, think differently, explore the outside boundary, and break our inside frames.

Innovative movements are different from the "old idea, old device, old method".

Generally, innovation is also viewed as the application of better solutions that meet new requirements, unarticulated needs, or existing market needs. This is accomplished through more-effective products, processes, services, technologies, or business models that are readily available to markets, government and society. The term "innovation" can be defined as something original and more effective and, as a consequence, new, that "breaks into" the market or society. It is related to, but not the same as, invention.

We need to be created or inspired an environment that encourages innovative thinking.
